San Remo was a fantastic location for our recent shoot of the Dickie Family. Here is a small sample of their session.

Upon returning from our holiday we were straight back to work and had the pleasure of Photographing a group of volunteer models for a local Hair, Beauty & fashion show. The business was Beachside Hair & Beauty located in San Remo. Leanne and all the girls their did an amazing job with all the hair and make-up which in turn made the night a massive success with over 300 people turning up to see the show. All the models did a fantastic job also, I’m sure after a few quiet ones to settle the nerves. Below is one shot of all the models who participated.

We haven’t posted for quite a while now due a little trip my Partner Lawri and I took to the top end of Aus. Have been wanting to do this trip for years and have been unable to, mainly due to work committments. We finally bit the bullett and took off in our 4WD and boat for a top end adventure. As you can imagine after driving about 15000km in 7 weeks we took hundreds of photos of our amazing country, so here are a couple to check out:
My lovely partner Lawri and I had the most amazing time. Here she is taking in the sunset at Ubir in Kakadu National park.

A great mate of mine (Scott) flew up for a visit while we were camped on the Daly River for a bit a Barramundi fishing. Here he is driving our boat and doing what he does best….. Drinking beer!

One of the friendly locals who kept an eye on us all the time while on the Daly.

A magnificent sunset while camping at Yellow waters in kakadu. One of the few times in seven weeks we actually saw a few clouds in the sky.

Another friendly local in the Sea Eagle at Yellow Waters.

Driving through the outback of Aus you see many seens like this. There is always empty stubbies near by….’Outback Carnage!’

Lastly a little cheeky bugger helping himself to my breakfast cereal.

San Remo was a fantastic location for a recent portrait shoot of the Alcock Family. Sue and Robs back yard was the perfect location to take some beautiful photos of the family just in time for the sun to go down. Check out the images below

We had a great time shooting the gorgeous Armstrong family at their local beach. The girls had a great time and we got some great shots. Check out the images below!

During June we had the pleasure of taking pictures of the Huther family, well the three little ones anyway! We took some amazing photos of the kids as they had a great time running amuck in their gum boots down on the beach at Rhyll. In these pics you can really see each childs individual personality shine through.

I recently entered an online photo contest with the category being ‘Artsy shots of the Bride & Groom’. Guess what…… I WON! I was thrilled to be told I had won the contest after seeing what other amazing images were also entered. The beauty of this contest is that the openphotocontest.com is a different kind of photo contest, it is about allowing photographers to submit their work into a contest that is not judged by a few people, but rather the masses. To see the results click here. My winning image is below, shot on the mornington peninsula. They’ve even featured me here on their site which is fantastic!
