W/ David and Micaelie

Lindenderry Estate on the Mornington Peninsula was the location for our first Scottish wedding and what a great wedding it was.  This is the first wedding we’ve covered where it has taken the guys longer to get ready than the ladies.  Obviously it was not a problem though as we got to have a lot of laughs watching the gents trying to work out the correct way to wear their scottish attire.  It was worth the wait as they looked very impressive!  And the ladies looked fantastic!….  as always.  Micaelie was beaming as she took the long walk down the path, with vineyard surrounding both sides and the awesome sounds of the bag pipes accompanying her as she walked.

P/ Dempsey family

Recently had the pleasure for the second time to capture the Dempsey family.  After previously photographing the three girls it was time to include little Angus into the family portraits.  He was a little champion on the day and I can’t recall a single tear, which obviously makes our job easier!

W/ Jimmy and Kirsty

Recently Jimmy and Kirsty’s wedding was held at the Garden Vineyard in Moorooduc.  Awesome garden setting for a wedding and what a cracker of a day it was.   Rather than the norm and arrive by car, Kirsty decided to arrive on her horse gidget.  That look fantastic in a perfect garden setting.  Enjoy a few of the pics below:

W/ Dean and Julie

We had a ripper time with these guys.  Luckily enough it was one of my mates from school, which I think made everyone feel just a little more comfortable in front of the camera.  Getting them to relax and enjoy the day was not a concern as it was impossible for them not to.  They were married at an awesome old church in the small town of Dalyston near Wonthaggi.  It was a privilege to be able to spend the day with these guys and we even got to enjoy a couple of the beers afterwards.  Pity we couldn’t have had a few more but we had another wedding the next day.  Bugger!

W/ Martin and Naomi

Willow Creek on the mornington peninsula is an absolutely perfect spot for a wedding.  I have been lucky enough to have have been able to capture a number of weddings here.  Martin and Naomi’s being one of them.  Great couple, very relaxed and a delight to work with.  Too many people, I believe, stress out to much about their wedding day.  They should take a leaf out of Martin and Naomi’s book.  It was a no fuss wedding which really showed in the photographs…. smiles, laughs, smiles and more laughs, which is what the day is all about!  Enjoy a couple of their images.  Slideshow of their album coming very soon.

W/ Chris and Andrea

We had the pleasure recently to cover the wedding of Chris & Andrea. As you can see from the images it was a feral day. Well at least on one side of the peninsula. These first few images were taken in the morning as we were waiting to meet with the bride. The morington jetty was getting hit by some heavy swells which provided some good opportunities for a few snap shots. Luckily the wedding was held in Flinders on the other side of the peninsula and as you can see from the couple of wedding photos below it wasn’t to bad there, allowing us to get some great images.
